Why These Documents Are Critical
Without proper documentation, most police misconduct cases cannot proceed. Here's why:
- Medical Records prove physical injury and link it to the incident
- Court Dispositions showing charges dismissed, dropped, or not guilty prove wrongful arrest
- Video Evidence provides visual proof of what occurred

Upload At Least ONE of the Following:
Medical Records
Hospital records, ER reports, doctor's notes showing injuries
Court Disposition Document
Proof that charges were dismissed, dropped, or you were found not guilty
Video Evidence
Body cam footage, surveillance video, or phone recordings of the incident
Your documents are securely stored and will only be shared with attorneys reviewing your case.
