10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

34. Legal Pocket AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
35. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 if you have not paid us anything).
36. We are not liable for any actions or omissions of attorneys in our network, including but not limited to malpractice, negligence, or breach of fiduciary duty.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legal Pocket AI, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide.

12.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim is within the court's jurisdictional limits and is brought on an individual (non-class) basis.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND LEGAL POCKET AI, INC. AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

This means you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12.4 Arbitration Costs

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in arbitration, unless the arbitrator awards costs and fees to the prevailing party as permitted by law.

13. Intellectual Property

37. All content, features, and functionality of LegalPocket.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by Legal Pocket AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
38. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
39. You retain ownership of any information you submit through the Service, but you grant us a license to use, store, and share that information as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

14. Termination
